We have used G&I Painting and Renovations LLC to repair and paint the exterior our units for a number of years now. Work has been promptly initiated and completed. Indrit is great at communicating where they are in the process with the job and is always readily available .We are very pleased with any and all projects they have completed on the property. Indrit (G & I Painting) has been doing work for our Condo complex for the past 3 years. We're an older complex, and we're very happy with all aspects of the services that G & I provides, which includes whole unit painting on a 3 year rotation, and the annual "as needed" replacement and painting of rotting fascia boards, primarily. Indrit and his painters are very professional, efficient and knowledgeable painters. They do an excellent job and insure the customer is always happy with the work. They are very neat and clean up everything at the end of the job. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them for other work.
