Indrit (G & I Painting) has been doing work for our Condo complex for the past 3 years. We're an older complex, and we're very happy with all aspects of the services that G & I provides, which includes whole unit painting on a 3 year rotation, and the annual "as needed" replacement and painting of rotting fascia boards, primarily.
