Dr Daniels spoke with my Dad like he was a real person, he treated him with respect and kindness. Dr Daniels was prepared for our visit, Dr. Daniels had already read over my Dads extensive file, making sure he did not miss anything. They spoke at length about my Dads liver, and the next steps to get him healthy.
I have called this place dozens of times and waited hours on the phone and never talked to anyone. I only got a hold of someone when I decided to use the line that is for doctors or doctor offices. When I did get a hold of and actual person they told me they will get in touch with me in 2 to 3 weeks just to get scheduled. The fact that you can’t get in touch with anyone seems to be common in these reviews. Maybe if you know about the problems you should address them.
Dr Shamban and his team were so professional and kind. They kept me informed and made sure I was comfortable while I waited (thank you snowstorm). Everyone in the room took the time to introduce themselves which put me at ease. I highly recommend this team.
Had a great experience at the Chesterfield location. Everyone I encountered was very kind and professional, made a “not so fun” procedure as pleasant as possible!
Dr. Shamban seems very knowledgeable and is a nice doctor, which is why I gave this office a 2 Star and not a 1 Star. I went to an appointment there a month ago and have yet to get my lab results back and every time I call they do not pick up and I am unable to leave a voicemail. I would recommend finding care elsewhere if you are someone like me who likes quick results and a game plan.
