I am happy to say the office corrected the paperwork today and they were sorry for the mistake, also I received a call from the office manager who also showed concern about the mix up, it is very wear a doctors office manager calls to see what the issue is, so I give them now a 5 star rating plus Dr. Parmar is an excellent and caring doctor, a few years back thank god for him to find a tumor in my stomach and took immediate action. I’ve read some of the review and find the negative remarks regarding staff , appointment errors and delays just ridiculous! The Dr. Parmar, NP Seide and staff Sarah, Jenna, Cathy,Carol are highly professional and patient centric. To complain of wait time is bizarre. Did you consider emergency cases, Dr delays due to procedures? How ironic we can sit in a dealership or mechanic shop for hours for cars repairs but to sit for 60 minutes for professional care we complain. Absurd! Went there with scary symptoms (not being able to swallow). saw the NP first, she listened thoroughly. Saw Dr D for my first endoscopy he was amazing, gave me a diagnosis, helped my issue. Saw Dr Parmar for the second one & he was amazing too. All the staff and Drs really are great
This office is horrendous, zero accountability what so ever. Twice in one month I had an appointment with this office and both times I was told the day of that I did not have an appointment. Unbelievably unprofessional and unacceptable. Patients make time to see the doctor and to be told you don’t have an appointment once you get there is absolutely inexcusable. went there for a colonoscopy & endoscopy after my previous Dr retired. Great doctor & great staff, minimal wait time. Very happy with my new gastro office. even left a messge for the Dr after the procedure & got a call back in a timely manner
