First of all I want to compliment doctor Parmar he's a very nice doctor he has a nice bedside manner and I appreciated the time that he took with me. On another note I want to say that I was extremely disappointed in his office assistant who sits in with him when he has a meeting with a patient her name is Serita when I told the doctor that if I would test positive for colon cancer I told him that I would not be treated with chemotherapy and I discussed this with my daughter and she was fine with it Serita hearf this she pi... read more
Nice and professional doctor, but every time I am here the wait is tremendous. Do not know what the point in making an appointment for a certain time is if I am not going to be taken in until almost an hour later. Unprofessional, I cannot wait around in the middle of the day for these long waits and it’s every time. I am understanding of medical facilities, but if the wait is up to an hour every appointment , I suggest you schedule less appointments to accommodate the patients who are here on time.
Extremely disappointing experience. I called the office with a simple question, but the woman on the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive. She gave me a nasty attitude for no reason and then hung up on me while I was still speaking. Completely unprofessional behavior.
Ignore these other reviews this guy is the best. His office is efficient. I am a physician. He is a great doctor.
Love this office, doctors and Np’s are very informative. Staff is friendly and helpful, I recommend this office highly!!!
