One of your drivers in a Blue Ford F350 carrying two tan G.I.Johns porta potty's just passed me on Pepper Street across the double yellow lines and almost hit an oncoming truck. He hid in the parking lot of the purfume company near your yard on Enterprise Drive when I followed him to report this. though you should know. I live on Pepper Street and the speed limit is 25. stinks but I didn't make the law.

I work for the city of New haven, and we use ports pottys alot... the city decided to use this company last year and this year, and when it comes to being clean THIS COMPANY is the WORST... previous years the blue or green porta pottys were always clean.... derby/Ella grasso the door and lock has been missing for months allowing the potty to fill with flies the two at 945 Ella grasso look as if someone sprayed feces over entire inside... this has been like this for many weeks if they do come to maintain it they don't clean.

Last summer New haven decided to switch to this company for all public parlk and during summer once a week they were serviced. Edgewood Park is the only one that has had a outhouse all winter, and this company has not serviced it since summer!! Even when they do, they put toilet paper on the floor I steady of in a holder ( they are all missing parts) most also have no hand sanitizer . I've talked to a city worker and he said they are pushing to switch providers

The service tech named Carlos is a pleasure to work with! Carlos did an excellent job servicing our facilities here at the Walk Bridge Replacement Project in Norwalk, Connecticut.
