I felt like I was an “after thought” to the company during the booking process and could not get a firm confirmation beyond “we have you down”. Night before the appointment I get a text saying company needs to reschedule and they will follow back up tomorrow with new dates - that never happened. Feel like my time was completely wasted. Bad customer service and experience.
Another great car wash with this crew. Thanks fellas for the great care and professionalism. Awesome staff and facility. These guys know what they’re doing and the manager ensures quality control for customer satisfaction.
