Going to this medical office is actually -worse- than having the colonoscopy itself if that's possible. The doctor couldn't have cared less about the patient. The front office is near incompetent. The aged facilities border on dirty. Add to it the 2020-style covid features where your spouse gets to wait in her car in the parking lot. And you'll have plenty of time to think about it all as you wait hours to see the doctor at the pre-op appointment. (Update: they responded over a year later. Pitch perfect)

Very disappointed in billing department. Please be forewarned, the billing surprises here are unethical and downright mean. Get a quote up front on your co-pays and billing amounts before the procedure. They will get you and line their pockets with your blood.
Doctors and nurses are wonderful, but office staff are incompetent, lazy, and rude. I saw one of them watching a reality TV show on their phone while I was trying to talk to them before my procedure. That is unbelievably unprofessional. They are also very rude and condescending on the phone when I am asking a question. One of them even hung up the phone on me after giving me an attitude. These people don't deserve to be employed.
