How they gonna charge $150-300 copay when the procedure is 100% covered by insurance? The nurses and doctor was very nice
Allowed my wife to schedule a procedure on a holiday. Then, left a voicemail less than a week before the procedure saying “we’re closed that day” and “we’ve rescheduled you.” So unprofessional.
Agree with previous reviews front desk is horrible. Just listened to them make fun of a man for not knowing about his copay.
Place is a joke! Front desk workers have no clue what their doing and should not be in a doctors office. Worst doctors experience I’ve had. If you want talked down to or laughed at definitely go here. If u want to be treated right go somewhere else.
