My mom waited a little over a hour in a half in the lobby just to be called to the back to sit for another hour and counting. This is definitely the worse experience ever.
Allowed my wife to schedule a procedure on a holiday. Then, left a voicemail less than a week before the procedure saying “we’re closed that day” and “we’ve rescheduled you.” So unprofessional.
How they gonna charge $150-300 copay when the procedure is 100% covered by insurance? The nurses and doctor was very nice

Agree with previous reviews front desk is horrible. Just listened to them make fun of a man for not knowing about his copay.
