Agree with previous reviews front desk is horrible. Just listened to them make fun of a man for not knowing about his copay.
Place is a joke! Front desk workers have no clue what their doing and should not be in a doctors office. Worst doctors experience I’ve had. If you want talked down to or laughed at definitely go here. If u want to be treated right go somewhere else.
Called and was told procedure was covered under insurance co pay was $100 and not due today. Drove 2 hours to get here and be told I owe $600 today before it can be done ( which I didn’t have). So now waiting 2 more months for opening at another office after the 2 month wait here. Never would recommend anyone here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!
The appointment was for 12:45 — it’s 3:30, and we’re still waiting to be seen. Ridiculous.
2 hours past appointment time and still in the lobby. No parking, no seats. Staff thinks it’s funny.
