Worse communication,waiting for confirmation of test,they never call you,like they don't care.
Cannot get in touch with Dr to find out test results. TERRIBLE communication skills!!! But of course billing doesn't have a problem taking payment before my tele health visit that will not give me the option to JOIN. SO I LOSE MY APPT and my copayment.
Wife called multiple times at different times of day and couldn’t get anyone to ever answer the phone.
Very disorganized. Not good communication with the doctor regarding testing and follow up appointments. Nobody knew anything about taking payment or scheduling a follow up so we just left.
Over all good doctor's office, Need to get better chairs for waiting room, so uncomfortable, I suggest anyone coming here bring your own folded up chair, these chairs are terrible
