Did their investigation and promptly found the source of the problem. The cost was reasonable given the nature of the work (auto work is always expensive, but the price was right).
Thanks to G&I for assessing and replacing my ice-destroyed splash guard. They acted quickly to assess my car's needs and to getting them taken care of. Although the dealer part had a hefty price, G&I took care of the job without loading on the pain. I appreciate their approach and hope to bring more business their way. Thanks guys!

Always very friendly and Brian remembers how to pronounce my name, which makes experience feel more personal. I have been with them for about 4 years. They are quick, give honest prices, and look for ways to get you discounts on parts. Brian is patient and takes time to explain the issue in accessible terms. Definitely recommend
