Did their investigation and promptly found the source of the problem. The cost was reasonable given the nature of the work (auto work is always expensive, but the price was right).
Thanks to G&I for assessing and replacing my ice-destroyed splash guard. They acted quickly to assess my car's needs and to getting them taken care of.
