Went in for a routine colonoscopy which was to be paid at 100% left owing $700.00 due to their coding of a claim. Spoke to office personnel and my insurance a new code was to be submitted. Office refused to change code. Called the insurance back to get this settled and was told I also had Hodgkins Lymphoma that put me in a risk category and father had a polyp.
