Doctors and P.A.'s, are you aware of how your front lines treat your patients? Pathetic !! Or should I say Apathetic?!! Your clerical staff is a joke (literally). Because there's no competition in the immediate area, the staff feels like they can speak to patients in a demeaning and sarcastic manner.
