I was so utterly disappointed in the service I received the last time I went to platinum. Unfortunately, I will not return. I understand that businesses in transition can have lapses in service and performance, but this was unacceptable. It took a month to get their outsourced scheduler to get me on the phone after much phone tag, all whilst telling me that my member number for Cigna can't start with the digit I gave him. He sent me a link to an app to take pics of my card- front and back- and then nothing. Silence. For at least 2 weeks. I was ready to just give up because that's a red flag.
