Called them the last week in April, but could not get an appointment with a doctor until December. I accepted an appointment with a P.A., just to get in and get scheduled for a colonoscopy. They said it could be 6 months before they would call. It has now been 3 months, and today was told it could be 6 months or longer before I would get a call to be scheduled. Dr Moore has seen me now for several years He is incredibly compassionate and has worked so hard for me on a very complicated situation. I cannot thank him or Cecilia enough for their care. I even referred my sister to him because I believe in him and how he cares for his patients. Thank you again Dr Moore and Cecilia you have been a gift and a blessing.
Waited 30 minutes. They are taking on too many patients to provide timely and quality care. Excuse is "We don't have anything to do with getting a patient scheduled for a procedure". But keep taking on patients. Big corporate machine.
