I had a colonoscopy today by Dr O’ Keefe at the Bentonville center. I was impressed by the facility but most impressed by how friendly and caring the entire staff was starting with the receptionist, nurses, and doctor. I’d definitely recommend GI Alliance.
I’ve recently been in to see Dr Lavender about some gastrointestinal issues that I’ve been having over the past few years. During that visit I was blown away by how well he genuinely listened to my problems/concerns. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for answers.
Have nothing but positive feedback. Staff is friendly, doctors are knowledgeable and always make me feel like I’m heard.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the level of care and communication we have received. My husband has been in and out of the hospital for over a month due to severe, ongoing pain. When I called I am on hold for a while before someone answers... then someone picks up and when they say hello and don’t hear me RIGHT away they hang up. If you have people waiting on the phone please wait and don’t be quick to hang up. When they are scheduling appointments they kept telling me farther out in the year at the Springdale location when my primary location is Bentonville and you can clearly see I’m choosing Bentonville probably cause I live near there since my first appointment is here.
