While my doctor is excellent, the office management leaves much to be desired. You are not allowed to speak to or have a phone call with your provider outside a visit. You must ask all questions through an app. The questions are filtered through nurses and if the questions are complicated, then they require another office visit to speak to your provider. I cannot say enough positive things about my appointment here. Wonderful management, as well as, exceptional front office and clinical staff. Dr Ellison was attentive and informative. Maria in the lab was lovely to talk with during my blood draw. Everyone made me feel welcome and valued. I highly recommend GI Alliance to anyone looking for care in NWA.
