I am so glad I read all of these reviews after I just received a phone call from this company. I was originally looking to schedule a G.I. appointment with Texas digestive disease consultants. I placed an inquiry on their website probably two weeks ago. The Plano front desk gi alliance is absolutely trash. I have major complaints that makes this a one star review. The front desk staffing is horrible. They are rude and very disrespectful. I call on the phone and get no valuable information, just an irritated front desk lady on the phone. I am talking about the younger ones. The lady I had my first visit was great.
