I was told the border clearance would take 24 hours, we are in the business when 2 hours are sufficient for any clearance and every broker does it within, if GHY is highly understaffed it is the question their management should look into, why the driver need to sit 20 or 24 hours if he was loaded 30 min away from the border.
Going to set a record for the slowest broker. I have shipments stuck for the last 24 hours. Used to be the fastest, but not anymore. Anyone reading this should avoid and work with someone who actually helps.
