Even though this is not my LBS it is still my favorite and I am willing to make the 25 min drive. The staff is friendly, they greet you as soon as you walk in the door. Everyone is knowledgeable in all things bike related because they all ride different disciplines be it BMX or MTB and anything in between. Most importantly they don't push you to buy anything that you don't need and don't mind doing a little research for you so that you don't end up with the wrong part. Wow! My niece had her eyes set on a beautiful bike and the employee working told her friend he would "cut his arm off" if he touched anything! I'm telling everyone I know to never buy a bike from this place! Unbelievable!
OMG, I'm soooo excited!!!! :) My adult tricycle has been out of commission for about 1 1/2 yrs. now because the chain kept sliding off every time I rode it despite adjustments to fix it, but Dylan from g.h.y, bikes managed to fix it with customized spacers to the axle, so now I'm biking all over the place ~ WOOHOO!!! This bike shop is super helpful. My car broke down, rather than getting a new car in the congestion formerly known as Seattle, I decided to be a bus/bike commuter. Let me start by saying the staff is super nice. They didn't judge me for not knowing much about bikes and with their help I'm semi competent in maintaining my own bike now. These guys rock! I've been working with them the last couple years, great employees, always nice and very helpful! They helped me get my bike in tip top shape to complete the STP this year ���
