Have had several home and auto policies with GHT over the past few years. Absolute best service (and price) hands down! I cannot comment on how hard GHT people work for their customers; this means you Colleen and Eric. Love love love my GHT agent.
I have been with GHT since they purchased the agency my insurance was with. I receive excellent service from Colleen. I m a lazy, aka busy, person and find it easier to email her when I get to work at 6am. She answers me promptly and also keeps in touch constantly. I work for an insurance company and know that customer service is key to any organization. GHT/Colleen get top marks on this.
