I was extremely displeased with the lack of empathy and concern my son and daughter-in-law experienced here. For one, the nurses doing her ultrasound had a nonchalant attitude; like they had something better to do. Being first time parents, you expect some sort of attentiveness/caring attitude, not here. They told them that my grandson would have club feet, based on what they saw. Of course that was upsetting; especially for first time parents. I am 31 weeks pregnant and found out several weeks ago I have gestational diabetes which requires me to have biweekly ultrasounds. Upon reviewing my chart this morning I saw I had two scheduled ultrasounds for next week - one on Wednesday which I had confirmed and done the e check in for, the other on Friday which I’m unable to make due to my work schedule. The doctor and ultrasound tech were super nice but…at my anatomy scan they said they send the ultrasound photos to your phone instead of printing them off. They couldn’t get it to send and they said they would email them but never did. Those are pictures I will never get again which is a huge disappointment.

Had an appointment and left my house early ended up in traffic that was a stand still. Even though I left in an appropriate amount of time, and would have only been 10 minutes late due to the traffic toward greenville, they refused to see me and made me reschedule. Super annoying and they don't care about anything but themselves.
