I would give zero if I could. This bank is an absolute joke to deal with. I have had nothing but trouble with my account and proving my insurance. I called for a month straight and the phone rang so long every time it went to voicemail. I just got off the phone with a lady who told me I need to fix their problems and hung up on me when I told her no and I’ve had enough. For reference I’ve had the loan for a year and a half now. I will be getting my another company to deal with my loan.
If I could give less stars, I would! I had been a GHS member since I was a child in the kids club, back when the front street branch was across from Nirchies. When you entered the branch, it was warm friendly faces, and a warm welcome. Lately it's a regular rotating staff, it seems maybe 6 months and it's all new employees, you can't reach anyone on the phone, and when you ask questions regarding the issues you have with their web access, or your debit card not working after the "great reset" you are treated like you're an i... read more
This has been the worst banking experience of my life. I was never issued a debit card. Three months later, still trying to get one. Closing my account tomorrow! I'm telling everyone I know to never do business with these amateurs!
Paul is our superstar at the Norwich Branch. We have rental property and he has been instrumental in setting up financial products to help us grow our business.
