I have called a lot over the last month trying to see when my daughters next appointment is. I finally got through today. I was trying to explain that it was difficult to get in touch with the scheduling department. I was rudely interrupted by the receptionist, and after I told her it was rude she didn’t even apologize. She just asked me again what I need. The interaction didn’t warrant her to be rude.
Disorganized and rude, the staff looses paperwork packets and makes you fill it out 3x over again, they threaten with cancelations if certain things aren't faxed to them beforehand and then they never scan it in, so they ask for it the day of & you've wasted your money and time faxing. Putting down doctors for appo that don't even work here causing longer wait times times necessary.
