I previously had a great experience with this firm, which is why I reached out again. Initially, communication was prompt and responsive. I submitted the requested information and was told what was needed from me. After that, I never received another response. I sent multiple follow-up emails and left messages over the course of a month, but none were returned. I understand people get busy, but a simple update or acknowledgment would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, the lack of communication left me disappointed.
I have closed multiple properties at Ghrist with escrow officer Keyana. Keyana is wonderful! Great communication and very knowledgeable.
