Showed up for a 1:30 appointment I scheduled. I had to leave at 1:42 because I wasn’t even seen yet and I had to go back to work. Very unprofessional and they told ME that If I was more than 10 mins late my appointment would be canceled yet they can’t even be on time themselves. Not coming back.
I went in for a hot towel beard shave and had an exceptional experience. The service was top-notch, and I left feeling refreshed and perfectly groomed. Huge thanks!
