Appointments mean nothing here. They have cancelled last minute, multiple times. We understand things happen but this time was just unacceptable. No reasonable effort was made to get us in and they didn’t even apologize. Go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.

First time here and I brought my fiancé for a hair cut he had long thick hair, and hasn’t cut it for over three years. I showed a picture to the woman Shaniqua (which it looks NOTHING LIKE) I had asked the lady if she was able to do it she said “yes, you wanna cut it?” Then proceeded to ruin his hair. If your man has longer hair, this is not the barbershop I’d recommend. I would like a refund. She also didn’t even wash his hair which is part of the service shown online. Thanks.

Been a regular customer since the original location at Landstown Commons, but now has transitioned to the Pembroke location. I would at least come here once a year when visiting my hometown for a “premium haircut” experience but each time seems to be degrading. I showed up 5 mins early for a 1:30pm appointment, but no one greeted me at the desk. Was standing for at least 6 mins until someone showed up at the desk to check me in. Took my son for a hair cut for the first time at this place. The service was amazing and Valerie did his hair perfect! Will recommend to anyone.
