I booked two nights at this motel, but due to an accident on a hike we needed to change it to one night. I checked in a little early and explained the unforeseen circumstances to Raul and another employee at the counter, which is in a cool bar/restaurant. They were very accommodating and concerned about the well-being of my ladyfriend. They gave me a big bag of ice and a Ziploc bag for her ankle. My reservation was amended and appropriately refunded.
