They were amazing. I had a one hour window for arrival which helped tremendously for starters. Then I had several issues. Some were minor but my tech patiently walked me thru how to remedy and the more major issue was handled quickly and efficiently.
One of my attic fans stopped working and needed service, so my insurance company contacted Ghost River Electric. Their representative responded quickly and scheduled a visit without delay. On the scheduled date and time, their electrician, Nick, arrived promptly. After inspecting the attic fan, he determined that the motor needed to be replaced.
