Ghost Donkey is visually stunning and has an undeniable aesthetic, but the hospitality on our visit was completely lacking. We arrived early on a Friday evening, and despite being the very first people at the bar to place an order, my drink was completely forgotten. When I politely followed up to ask about it, the bartender didn't apologize - instead, she bluntly told me that she had other orders to make first and would get to mine eventually. Some friends and I came here for some drinks for her birthday. This was our first time here so we didn’t know how the bar/seating was arranged. We waited at the bar for about 5 minutes before a bartender told us to find a seat and a server would meet us. The place was pretty empty. It took a server about 10 minutes to greet us, and took another 15 minutes to receive our drinks, still missing a birthday shot.
