BUYER BEWARE I have purchased a new with GHO homes in Lake Park Tradition about 8 months ago and my wife and I have a lot of small interior problems but the biggest problem we have is the Drainage on the side of the home. There has already multiple complaints about this issue in the neighborhood and they refuse to help with the situation and balms us for the issue. I visited 2xs to look at the models..I was a serious buyer, but Douglas has a subtle way of sizing you up ..and then subtling insulting you.. he had done this both times.. insulting my vehicle also..in front of my family... sometimes the fore person selling them ruins it for the builder.. and he ruined it...I wouldn't buy a house from them since their first contact person insults you right from the start.
Nice homes! The staff was very helpful and informative.
