It all began in November 2019 right after Thanksgiving when my wife and I decided to build a house together. We compiled a list of our must-have features. We had a very good experience with GHO in the home buying, building and warranty claims process. Our home in Lakepark Tradition was built with quality materials and craftsmanship. However, it really comes down to the local community you are buiding in, particularly who your construction manager is. BUYER BEWARE I have purchased a new with GHO homes in Lake Park Tradition about 8 months ago and my wife and I have a lot of small interior problems but the biggest problem we have is the Drainage on the side of the home. There has already multiple complaints about this issue in the neighborhood and they refuse to help with the situation and balms us for the issue. We live next to a lot that is owned by GHO. There is a tree on the back corned of their lot. The growth is to the point that we can no longer trim at the property line. Plus, the overgrown property is damaging my fence. The roots of the tree are lifting the fence. The first call fell on deaf ears. I waited a month and called again.
