We had a very good experience with GHO in the home buying, building and warranty claims process. Our home in Lakepark Tradition was built with quality materials and craftsmanship. BUYER BEWARE I have purchased a new with GHO homes in Lake Park Tradition about 8 months ago and my wife and I have a lot of small interior problems but the biggest problem we have is the Drainage on the side of the home. There has already multiple complaints about this issue in the neighborhood and they refuse to help with the situation and balms us for the issue. We live next to a lot that is owned by GHO. There is a tree on the back corned of their lot. The growth is to the point that we can no longer trim at the property line. Plus, the overgrown property is damaging my fence. The roots of the tree are lifting the fence. The first call fell on deaf ears. I waited a month and called again. They sent someone out, and he agreed something had to be done about the tree. He also asked me to call code enforcement on his own company. Going on 2 weeks, and nothing has been done. Bill Handler worked with my Wife at the Strand to come up with our dream home. WE bought the GHO home over Lennar because of the GHO team they are the best effort to go the extra mile from day 1.
