The contractor GHO home uses are subpar. The work. Attached are photos showing the final results of the sidewalk replacement. Unfortunately, this has become a nightmare for me. I do not know which company was hired to perform this work, but based on the finished product, the workmanship is unacceptable. The quality of the work is poor, appears to fall below acceptable construction standards, and is not what I expected for a warranty repair. We had a very good experience with GHO in the home buying, building and warranty claims process. Our home in Lakepark Tradition was built with quality materials and craftsmanship. However, it really comes down to the local community you are buiding in, particularly who your construction manager is. We happen to have a great construction manager who was meticulous to make sure everything was done right. BUYER BEWARE I have purchased a new with GHO homes in Lake Park Tradition about 8 months ago and my wife and I have a lot of small interior problems but the biggest problem we have is the Drainage on the side of the home. There has already multiple complaints about this issue in the neighborhood and they refuse to help with the situation and balms us for the issue.
