My wife and I recently put an addition on our house and Ghirardi Construction went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. I don’t even know where to begin. Our Architect, Vince Cappobianco, worked extremely well with Chuck Ghirardi, to design exactly the addition that we were looking for. The town of Wayne’s zoning department was extremely difficult to work with and Vince/Chuck helped us get through it. We used Chuck for a kitchen, front porch, garage, laundry room addition and first floor remodel. We called Chuck in for a quote in November 2020 and by September 2021 we were writing him our last check. The planning process is intense when doing an addition especially when you need a variance as was our case. Chuck came out to our home to meet us and give us some ideas.
