Love the welcoming, friendly and encouraging community and coaches! We get personalized coaching and feedback for all levels. Plus being outside is a huge plus.
I loved doing CrossFit at GHF. The couches are so knowledgeable and great at helping everyone at every level. They will push you and pull you back if you need it. The community is so inclusive everyone is welcome no matter what your level age or ability. Everyone should try it. You will absolutely be surprised at the amount of headstands and pull-ups you will do.
I joined GHF CrossFit to get fitter. That is happening but I did not realize that I would also find a warm, welcoming, and accepting community. Working out at GHF CrossFit has a become a highlight of my week! I encourage others of any age or fitness level to join too.
