Friendly professional admin folks greet you and check you into the system. Shortly later a tech escorts you to a room full of all the latest high tech ophthalmic diagnostic equipment. Once you finish there you are escorted to an optometrist who reviews the test results with you, provides an eye examine and fits you with new glasses or sets up further treatment as necessary. A very impressive practice and staff. I would highly recommend Dr Patel and her staff.

Front office was great, office manager was very helpful when it was determined that they did not provide the needed service nor carry the needed product. Dr P. Didn’t put herself out for the patient at all. No apology nor attempt on her part to help the patient. Manager immediately spoke with receptionist/scheduler about them not providing needed services so it won’t affect others. Meanwhile I lost a half day of work and have to find another provider.
I injured my eye while working in the yard on Sunday, called first thing in the AM and got an appointment that day (even as a new patient). Dr. Patel's demeanor and approach was caring, considerate and very friendly. Very down to earth and you can tell she actually cares about her patients. Eventhough I was in pain, I still enjoyed the visit and will be back for all mine and my families future eye care needs!
I ran into an issue with my insurance that lasted a few months to sort out. They were helpful and patient through it all even though it required me to miss more than a few appointments while we tried to sort out the insurance issue. Mariam (sorry if I misspelled) is so helpful, warm, and nice to speak to. She takes care in giving genuine recommendations for glasses.
