Extremely unprofessional. Despite calling three times to scheduled/verify my appointment. Whomever was working on 07/28/2025 at 2:28 pm screwed up and didn't book my appointment which I only found out after taking off work and arranging child care. Additionally, they also managed to disconnect the line 3 times before they finally figured out how to answer a phone line. Guess that should have clued me in on the type of professionals employed there. HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere. Very disorganized.
