Wow! Just wow! The carrot soufflé is out of this world good. Everything I had was amazing. I will 100% use them for any personal catering needs from now on. We had the pot roast, loaded mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, and the carrot soufflé. Everything was amazing one of the best meals I have had in Eastern North Carolina. No joke. As a planning business, we always want to make sure our brides and their guests have great food. Sissy and Greg always make sure the food is tasty, hot, and plenty of it. Our brides sure do love their mac and cheese!! You can go wrong with this local catering business that can feed your guests in any budget.
I own a DJ company, so I get to try a lot of food from different caterers. When I see Greg and Sissy, a big smile comes across my face because I know the food is going to be on point!! For real, every dish is seasoned perfectly and made with love. They know my favorite(s) too. Super great crew that goes above and beyond to make sure the food is done right! Highly recommend these folks, and the pot roast!!
Would highly recommend! Ghent’s Catering served our son and DIL’s rehearsal dinner and the wedding. We did a Pasta Bar for rehearsal and then cocktail hour and dinner for the wedding. They were friendly and professional and you could not beat the prices for the quality and quantity of the food! They also provided wedding quality plates, silverware, salads, beverages and bread/rolls both nights to complement the dinner selections. They stayed and served the meals and restocked as needed.
