I had a consultation with Luke today. He was very kind and helpful. I haven't decided yet to go with their services. Still, in knowing that, he stayed on the phone with me and talked me through my next steps for setting up a relief business, giving very helpful next steps. He definitely made me feel like it wasn't all about the money for him, but people satisfied with making the right choice in hiring them.

Called multiple times to try and schedule an appointment, they never answered the phone, I left a message, they called back while I was unavailable a few days later and left a message saying that "I wouldn't be the best fit for their services", because in my message I mentioned that I need quarterly tax help. However that was not the only service I needed, I needed multiple monthly services but since they never answered the phone when I called, and just assumed that "I wasn't a good fit" I never got to actually talk to a per... read more
