I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Ghazi Mirrani today. I came into the appointment with a complex cardiac history, including heart failure with reduced EF, POTS, and SVTs, along with multiple hospitalizations and echocardiograms performed at several institutions including Tower Health, Penn medicine and Temple Health.
