I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Alam. She is incredibly caring and truly takes the time to listen. You never feel rushed during appointments—she makes sure all of your concerns are addressed and explained clearly. She is thorough, thoughtful, and very complete in her exams. What stands out most is how easy she is to talk to; she creates a comfortable environment where you feel heard and respected. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a primary care doctor who genuinely cares about her patients.
Choose a different doctor's office. I have nothing bad to say about the doctor herself but there is always an extremely long wait (even though you have a scheduled appointment) and the person who works at the front desk works incredibly slow. I'm not even exaggerating, she spent almost 10 minutes just typing in my card information and writing me a receipt... Honestly, she doesn't seem like she knows what she's doing. Never pick up their phone. Terrible service. Please switch to another doctor .
I’ve been going to Dr Alam for several years, and she has been a caring and intelligent professional to me. Highly recommend.
The receptionist is extremely unknowledgeable. Dr. Alam is almost always 30 to 50 minutes late.
