I have been with Ohio Health since 2016, and Dr. Rifai has been my primary care physician for over two years. He is an excellent listener and genuinely cares about his patients. I have visited Dr Rifai two times. The first time he showed decent bedside manners. The second time his bedside manners were horrible. I will not be going back or would recommend him.
He's very thorough and seems to actually care about the patient's overall health.
