Edit: updated the review from 2 stars to 5 - the manager reached out to me personally to apologize for the poor experience and offer a gift certificate. So awesome to see a company care about their customers and reputation in that way! Yay Ghassan's! I love ghassans but this is a nasty location. It wasn't busy at all, only a couple customers. Soooo..i went on a saturday morning..whatever conversation they were having was infused with curse words in the back. Which is fine.. ive been known to say a curse word or three but the girl taking the order dropped one in front of me. So much for peofessionalism..so i place my ordee and pay..then i walk away and say oh shoot i forgot to order fries..i go back and order fries..i admit i went across the street ro food lion to pick up one thing but was a little late getting back for the food...that was not the issue i got my f... read more
