I bet he's an awesome doctor, but if the staff doesn't answer the phone for a appointment or return calls for an appointment it really doesn't make a difference.
I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Ghassan Mohsen, and I can't express enough how grateful I am for his exceptionalism. Dr. Mohsen is not only highly knowledgeable and skilled, but he also has a genuine compassion that makes all the difference. I highly recommend Dr. Ghassan Mohsen. Dr. Mohsen is fantastic! He listens to his patients, clearly explains all lab results and procedures. He is an excellent advocate for his patients.
I had my original appointment in April 2023. They found a blockage & told me to be in contact for several apts for testing before meeting again with the doctor to review them. Two months went by and I heard nothing despite calling myself several times and leaving voice mails. I received a random call from a nurse confirming my apt to go over all tests & found out they forgot about me. I would not recommend. Waste of time & money.
