Dr. Ward is a great pulmonology doctor. He is very detailed with his patients, caring, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure you understand everything. I will not mention any names, but unfortunately, some members of his staff could improve their communication skills. I was a little disappointed with something that happened today, but I’ll leave it at that. Other than that, I have had a very positive experience with Dr. Ward. He is an excellent doctor, and I would definitely recommend him to others.
Doctor is amazing but rude staff
Good doctor but the medical assistants their are horrible rude and have no English fluency.
