I saw Dr Coleman after struggling with foot pain for almost a year. As a retired surgeon, I thought I could treat myself and was failing. He completely figured this out in minutes. He did a quick and painless office intervention that was fully effective within a few days despite heavy activity levels on my part. He was very pleasant, sympathetic and professional Dr Coleman was fantastic and did not disappoint! His office staff, PA, and office manager where great. 5 stars!!
As soon as he spoke, I knew I was in safe hands. He thoroughly explained the procedure and what I could expect. His friendly nature put me at ease almost immediately and encouraged me to ask those difficult questions. Carol, in reception, was extremely helpful in answering questions and helping me secure follow up appointments from other specialists. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - WORST PHYSICIAN EXPERIENCE EVER! I am confused regarding positive reviews, because this doctor was extremely unkind, short, and had zero bedside manners with my elderly parents. Walked in and did not even greet, was bothered because my parents desperately requested to see him vs the NP. VERY SHORT - attitude and seemed very bothered. He picked up small fractures that the ER missed for both of my sons. He’s very careful and cautious about healing properly. Love that. Also very kind and listens. Never felt rushed. Highly recommended!

Everyone at the practice is friendly, professional and efficient. Dr. Bufkin is an excellent surgeon and has a great bedside manner that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed.
