This company is horrible. Their guarantee that they will deliver live animals is a complete lie. I wrote the company after I had not received my order for 5 days and instead on saying, "We are sorry and will help" they said this instead (and this is from the owner!!!) Why did you place an order for a live item under such severe conditions and expect it not to be affected?
