Worst dentist we've been to, treated us rudely and horribly with no bedside manner
The dentists themselves seem to know what they are doing, but the secretary staff seem to always be clueless. I once spoke in person asking if they accepted my wife's insurance. They said YES. I told my wife later to make an appointment for cleaning. She did and when she arrived, they told her they didn't take it. Later, she had to get her final wisdom tooth out.
