Bought a vauxhall insignia estate from these guys back in may, may I add for what was an incredible price. I was using as a workhorse but nevertheless it drove faultless and was in a clean and good condition all round and did me a good 100+ miles a day without missing a beat. The car aside, the lads I dealt with were sound enough, pretty helpful and at the end of the day I had a car in due time and a car well worth the money at that.

I rang to enquire about a car that they were advertising, being a 5 hour train journey away I asked the salesmen to point out any imperfections with the car. I wasn’t expecting showroom condition but wanted to know what the car was honestly like before committing to make the long journey to them. WARNING…Truly shocking experience,paid £7300 for a car and told them well in advance I would pick it up Sunday.Arrived after a 2 hour journey to be told the vehicle did not work🤷‍♂️,apparently someone should have rung and told me.Then a 6 hour train journey home. The change in tone when asked for a refund which every consumer is intitled to by LAW was shocking.Asked for owners name and told “what has it got to do with you” and wouldn’t give it.Constantly told the couldn’t authorise the refund,stopped returning calls.Still w... read more
