We ordered a custom bed from here in April. It was totally custom - we showed them the design and also picked the fabric we wanted. Perhaps unsurprisingly based on the other reviews here, IT TOOK FOREVER to get. The initial expectation was ~6-8 weeks and it took almost double that. However, even when we started regularly calling about it, we found the staff to be very friendly / polite and responsive (no hint of the rudeness others have mentioned here). Absolutely worst quality sectional I ever seen stay way I would have better luck buying a couch on strutube. I had the sectional for a few months and it already looks like it’s over 10 years old. I would recommend not to ever set foot in this store. Stay away!!!!
Wanted to love this couch so much but unfortunately the bad reviews are valid. Purchased the couch three months ago and it feels poorly constructed. It’s not as comfortable as I was anticipating with the couch already looking and feeling like it’s 10+ years old or as if I purchased a floor model. One of the cushions is already busted with the zipper along with it. Save your money & head to Cozey.
