Made a complete mess of my scuttle attic. Taped the pieces back in place in my ceiling and the work they did started leaking as you can see the first picture to the left the water stain. I had to gut my drywall because it causes further issues. He wanted to charge me to repair the drywall he taped back together. Once I got past that obstacle I asked him to come and see what was causing the leak. He gave me the date he could come and was a no show. Mind you I purchased two hvacs and two furnaces. BEWARE!!
Louis was one of my top 2 "finalists" for a huge project and I am very picky so that says something. Although I ended up with the other company for this particular project, I had such a pleasant overall experience communicating with Louis that I wanted to write this review. He was a referral from my friend, who had contracted him for several projects and even trusted him to replace his own personal hvac--which says something about the quality of his work.
