If I could have posted zero stars I would!!! We call 10:30pm (3 stranded women at a hotel) and asked if he could come the next day to help us. By either making a slight repair or towing the vehicle. He promised us he would come the next day between 10-11am. We texted him 3 times, called twice and he ignored our cry for help. We had our hotel call him, hoping we would get a response if he saw it coming from a hotel. No answer! TERRIBLE SERVICE, NO INTEGRITY! If he couldn’t have helped us he should have just said no!
