Very poor service levels. Earl Taylor was a very incompetent lawyer, as he was always forgetting things and seemed to be outmatched by the opposing lawyer. Earl seemed to be more concerned about billing high fees for his low quality work than trying to solve the issue.
I had a very disappointing experience with this law firm. From the top down, including individuals like Karmel Sakran and Earl Taylor, there seemed to be pervasive ethical issues. Despite their claims of community care, their actions suggested otherwise, as they appeared more focused on misleading clients. It's no surprise that Karmel wasn't successful as a liberal candidate given their practices. It's disheartening that the Law Society of Upper Canada hasn't taken action against them yet.
