Very professional and extremely knowledgeable on Generac installations. Their install gives trouble free, long term service. They know exactly what is needed for code, what keeps your unit qualified for warranty and an installation that is safe and fully functional. They do what they say and are very reliable. Maybe you can get a poor installation at lower cost. Pay for the professional installation. You’ll be happy you did.
They came out after hours late on a Monday afternoon and fixed my issue in about 10 minutes. Absolutely the most professional service I have received in along time. I will always use them for my generator service and any future problems.
This company is First Rate. Even though they no longer install Generac Generators in my area, on three occasions they took the time to answer questions I had about the process of installing a Generac whole house.
