Told him the problem , need new drain pipe and slope adjusted, he snaked it out instead, worked for a week , clogged and, had him come back, just snakes it again, week later showed up to change the slope , STILL doesn’t replace the pipe i asked , that is from 1976, All in all get a bill for $680 total for a job he couldve done in one trip 2hours MAX , if he would’ve just listened to me, all in all STAY AWAY (Response to response)you want money for nothing!!! Greer Pluming in festus mo. Came to fixy sewer line last year and because the lak of knowledge from him and his so called laborer made my sewer line worse than it was before they started, now my back yard is nothing but a back yard of sewer since last year and he won't answer his phone so now ive got to get another plumber that knows how to put in a sewer line because of his ignorance of not knowing how to fix a sewer line and the kid with him can only lean on his shovel and write out how much i had to pay the bill that agai... read more
Excellent service and very courteous. They replaced my water heater prior for me as well as fixed a toilet issue that I had and they arrived same day. Problem was fixed and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
I called around to everyone trying to get someone out to help with out sewer backup. No one had time or they couldnt because of the coming in bad snow weather. GG Greer said he would be here at 10am to help and he fixed our issues quickly all while being out in 6 degree weather. We very much appreciate him and would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing help!
We have used this company several times and each experience has been great ! He’s very honest, knowledgeable and reliable. I will definitely use Greer’s Plumbing again in the future.
