Should be zero star. Terrible all the way around. 11k and new roof leaking (under warranty), no response from company. Avoid at all costs.
This company has taken advantage of me after the flood. I initially called a friend’s friend recommended to me after getting estimates to dry out our home varying from $2500-5000. Now I know I could have bought the machines and saved myself all this headache but hindsight is 20/20. I contacted this mutual friend and told him the estimates and he said they could help me. My husband spoke with a man who knocked on our door the first time. The second time another man knocked on our door saying they inspected my roof, but no one had ever come by to do it. (I stay home. I'd know if someone was on my roof.) I was told that maybe I was sleeping, in which case they'd go up and do the inspection without my knowledge.
